This unique breakfast begins with sourdough bread from Gönen, Izmir-style simit, boyoz, and homemade fried dough. It continues with a curated selection of cheeses from the regions of Tire and Bergama, braided cheese, smoked beef ribs, homemade jams, vegetable fritters with tomato sauce, Afyon-style sausage, and farm-fresh eggs from Urla.

We use olives and olive oil from our own garden, and source all other ingredients from trusted local producers. Surrounded by greenery, we offer a refined presentation of traditional flavors in the tranquil atmosphere of Urla.
